REFUND POLICY

At MIWA Inc, we strive to ensure your shopping experience with our tableware is always satisfying. We are committed to assisting you with any issues or concerns you may encounter.

CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not been packed yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been packed, cancellations are not possible, but you can return the items instead. Please note that original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For more details, see the Return or Refund section below. Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once ordered, regardless of their shipment status. Examples of non-cancellable items include:

  • Items not listed on our website
  • B2B orders

RETURNS

MIWA Inc accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your products. The date you sign for the delivery will be recorded in our system. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items not listed on our website
  • B2B orders

EXCHANGES

MIWA Inc only replaces items that are defective or damaged upon arrival or become defective within 10 days of receipt. Please note that normal wear from manufacturing or delivery is not considered damage.

The arrival date will be recorded when you sign for delivery. Requests made after 10 days cannot be verified for pre-existing damage or defects. Therefore, requests after this period will be invalid.

To request an exchange, contact us via our web form and send us with pictures showing the issue. Once we verify the condition of the items, we will arrange the refund or exchange. If the items are discontinued or unavailable, we may only issue a refund. We will cover the shipping costs for returns and redeliveries if the products are defective or incorrect.

REFUND

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. For credit/debit card refunds, this may take up to 30 days. For PayPal payments, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including both initial delivery and return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, or other charges paid during the order process.

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
